Responsibilities

  • Growth hacking and running experiments across the growth stack including user acquisition, activation, retention, referral to conversion, and revenue
  • Product Events/Product launch: Develop & execute mega product launches, strategies and execute high-intensity launches with massive capital being moved within minutes (our last launch had $807k staked in 30 minutes).
  • Implement new methods and procedures for increasing sales, promoting brand awareness, encouraging customer loyalty, and expanding market territory
  • Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.
  • Test and optimize marketing tactics for growth of OroPocket (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization.
  • Optimizing channels in order to always improve the performance of the business.
  • Understanding of digital marketing can run campaigns and more focused on on-boarding new users:
    1. via growth hacks
    2. On-boarding users via as many channels as possible
    3. Prioritizing growth channels

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as growth hacker, preferably in Fin-Tech, Crypto or Blockchain.
  • High-level customer service/sales experience - experience is a MUST
  • Must be able to create a vision and organization that can scale rapidly with growing volume.
  • Detailed understanding of digital marketing channels including Adwords, Facebook ads, SEO, social media, email marketing, affiliate marketing, and web analytics
  • Experience in identifying the target audience and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
  • Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
